On December 16, 2014 the Nááts'ihch'oh National Park Reserve received royal assent. Effective this date, the SLUP no longer applies within the new national park reserve boundaries (per MVRMA Section 34). Users of the SLUP should note the new boundaries for Zone 41 (Nááts'ihch'oh). Lands within Zone 41, not included in the new national park reserve, will remain zoned as Proposed Conservation Initiative (PCI) until the SLUP is amended. Updated GIS SLUPZoning Shapefiles are now available for download.
