The Sahtú Land Use Planning Board (“Board”) is excited to announce some staffing changes. Jenna Grandjambe, who has served the Board in another capacity, is now the Board’s new Director of Operations, Communications & Outreach. Justin Stoyko, the current Executive Director, will continue to serve in his role until September 2025, when he will transition into a part-time role of Director of Board Affairs. This new co-directorship arrangement will help continue to advance the Board’s work, especially with the next 5-year review of the land use plan scheduled to start in 2026, all while providing a mentorship opportunity and career growth to a dedicated staff person such as Jenna.

Hello,
My name is Jenna Grandjambe and recently started a very exciting roll with the Sahtú Land Use Planning Board (SLUPB) as Director of Operations, Communications & Outreach. I am from Fort Good Hope and I worked with the Sahtú Land and Water Board (SLWB) for the past 9 years and this change at first was scary but very exciting. It is a way to keep local people in the organizations that were made from the land claim. I look forward to working with the Board, staff and Board partners.
